Opening hours :

Groups are welcome: 3. January - 15. December
Families are welcome: 3. February - 15. December
Beds in dormitories are available only: 1. June - 30. August






The reception is open:

3/1 - 1/6: 08.00 - 12.00 and 16.00 - 18.00 - Sundays 08.00 - 12.00 & 16.00 - 18.00
1/6 - 31/8:

All weekdays 08.00 - 12.00 & 16.00 - 20.00.

1/9 - 15/12: 08.00 - 12.00 og 16.00 - 20.00 - Sundays 08.00 - 12.00 & 16.00 - 18.00







Arrival:
The rooms are available from 4 pm. on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure.
I f you have booked a room, we expect your arrival to be no later than 5 pm. If you can't make it by this time, it is very important that you phone us.

Arrival outside opening hours is possible but must be notified beforehand. Your key will be put in an outdoor key box by the main entrance and with a code you can let yourself in.

Depparture:
On the day of departure the room must be left at 10 am. Keys and hired bedlinnen must be returned to the receptionist.
Lugage can be stored - ask in the reception.

Our breakfast buffet is outstanding
At Danhostel Sønderborg City we serve an outstanding breakfast buffet every morning from 07.30 - 09.00, Saturdays and Sundays until 09.30.

At the buffet you will find:

The breakfast is included in the group prices. You can eat as much as you want, however it is not possible to make your own packet lunch from the buffet. If the group wants a packet lunch, please arrange that the night before. Other meals - just ask

No sleepingbags, please!
Please bring your own bed sheets or hire here at the price of Dkr. 60,00 per set. Please don't bring your sleepingbag. All guests have their own key - there is no curfew.

Membership cards:
Our prices are for holders of a valid Hostelling International Card. If you do not have a membership card, we will issue an International guest card at the price of DKK. 160,- per adult. The card is valid for 1 year all over the world. Alternative you can by a guestcard valid for one night only at a price of DKK 35,-
